1. The goods can be returned in 7 days of receiving your order if the goods with damages, like broken , dyeing. And please inform us via e-mail or fax as soon as possible. Be sure to contact us in the first 7days of receiving your order. If over 7 days, we will NOT handle any request for return or exchange. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of shipment. And the customers should be aware of not to wash the goods if you want to return.

2. We are sorry, but mydogol.com cannot be responsible for items destroyed or damaged by the improper use of the customers.

3. All the items should have the stickers on and any items returned must be in a complete package with all the original standard settings (including outer package, inner package, manual, etc). We will NOT accept any product without the complete sticker or with scratched sticker for exchange nor return.

4. We do not provide refunds for the excluded merchandise sold by petstoreol.com

 

5.The customer pays for shipping the return the goods to Mydogol and Mydogol pays for shipping back to you.

6. We support for the check at spot, if there is any problem, the shipping company could make a certification. When you are receiving an order, please check if the package box has obvious distortion or broken and whether the quality is consistent with the invoice.

We deserve the right to REFUSE the return if:

1. The goods does not sold by mydogol.com

1. you do not like the color or  find the color has something different with our picture

2. you find the style is not so beautiful or too transplant, too thin, too big or little for you dog, not too comfortable for you dog to wear on,etc

3.any goods that has been used, except the defective goods.

4.any goods damaged by your improper use or storage.

5.the merchandise which appear the little fibre ball or the thread has been drop in a very small scale.

6. the goods has little stain on which can be clear up by your own

7. the accessories have been damaged (but we will supply you again)

8. you own reason( such as do not like the style , find it has something different with your imagination, etc)

9.the outer package is broken

10. the goods are destroyed or damaged on purpose.
